hotdog tube request.

LOOKING FOR HELP FROM ANY HANDY PEOPLE: when i push "dispense" on the hotdog tube the city hooked up into my apartment, the hotdogs are coming out already cooked? but i just want to lay under the hotdog tube and let cold uncooked hotdogs fall into my mouth one after the other??? PLEASE any help would be great, it worked great last week, don't know what changed, THANK YOU!!!!!
